Page Inbox is operated by Pavilion Ventures, LLC (“we”), which runs BIGGBY COFFEE stores in West Michigan as Pavi Biggby Stores. It is an internal tool used only by our business and its staff to read and answer messages and comments sent to our own Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.

What we collect

When you message one of our Pages or Instagram accounts, Meta sends us the message content, any attachments, the time it was sent, and your public profile name, username and picture. We store this so our staff can reply to you. When you comment on one of our posts, Meta sends us the comment, the time, which post it is on, and your public name or username; we store it so our staff can reply publicly, hide spam, or message you privately about it.

How we use it

Only to respond to your messages and comments and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell or share it, use it for advertising, or combine it with other data.

Who can see it

Only our signed-in staff who have been given access to the Page you messaged.

Retention and deletion

Conversations are kept while needed for customer service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see our data deletion instructions.
